Positive reflections

The action having the most impact for me is writing down 3 positive things each day. While going through periods of high workload or stress, it’s so easy to miss the nice moments that lift your spirits. It’s easy to get caught up in daily business, often feeling like a hamster in a wheel - never feeling like you accomplish anything, because for every task crossed off on the “To Do” list, 10 more new things show up.
Taking the time to reflect each day has made me aware that there are so many more positive moments than negatives. This past week, I’ve noticed so many unexpected comments of support and demonstrations of trust, and this has shown me that I’ve also had some positive impact on others - and that we are all in this together.
I want to make time to continue these positive reflections long after the challenge is over.
