Well, this is the end my friends...
After 3/4 weeks of small habits changes, I want to make a summary of what I learned:
- Small daily details are easier to change than big ones and to maintain once you get use to it
- I was able to eat no meat at all during those 4 weeks and although I will not become a vegetarian immediately, I realized that I could live eating a lot less meat. I will keep reducing my consumption after the Challenge
- Doing sport with colleagues is fun, gets you all sweaty and healthy and is a perfect day breaker if you go for lunch
- There are many ways we can all improve our bad habits and I have still a long way to go to become greener
I hope some of you also share this feeling and are proud of what they have accomplished and what they can still improve as much as I do.
Can't wait to come with new ideas for the Challenge 2018 ;)
